Our course Instructors are
dedicated educators with over 22 years of combined culinary, cuisine, and child nutrition services experience. Using proven teaching strategies, they assure that every student develops an Healthier "palate" for Clean Living and Culinary Arts.

Academic Culinary Course list
A 9-32 week curriculum and lesson plans that's tailored to your individual sites programming and academic needs.
Our Instructor are tasked with assuring that your Academic Culinary Arts Academy and Healthy Habit students are taught the fundamentals of being a Culinarian. This is done through student engagement, cooking demonstration\taste testing, student presentations, and program evaluations.
